• Built an in-house Audit team: 80% audits done in-house.

• Audit charter, Audit plan, Audit execution, issue quality audit reports, track key action plans for closure.
• Quarterly meetings with Key stakeholders: COO, CEO, CFO, Audit committee chairman
• Other initiatives led by me include Digital transformation for Non-Pharma Procurement, Self assessment with balance score cards across critical processes at all units, Implementation of Audit Tool etc

• Responsible for 2 critical legal entities to manage Audits in Bangalore
• Chartering out audit plan, partner management, auditee engagement, quality internal controls/audit deliverable (audit reports, Business Process gap assessment, Audit committee decks, support in developing control frameworks, policies and SOPs) and partnering with the compliance team on critical investigations.
• Engage with board of directors, audit committee members, Business VPs across countries
• Transversal audits like Service business processes, Human resources Shared services, .
• Responsible for audit programmes for Supply chain processes (All plants across the globe)

• Lead the Risk Advisory function
• Deliverable management (Internal Audit reports, SOPs, Process flows, Enterprise wide risk assessment, Investigation reports), team management, client engagement, identifying prospective clients.

• Building the strategic / operating plan for the IA function, Developing risk-based audit plan for the year, Identifying recruitment and training needs of the team, Undertaking surprise and operational efficiency audits, Managing the IA team to deliver quality reports in a timely manner and represent the IA team achievements to the Audit committee at the end of every quarter.

• With Wipro spread across various locations, I have been exposed to multiple work cultures and ethics in the Scandinavian countries and South-east Asian countries.

• Managed a large project for an IT giant (HP) for SAP 6.0 version migration across the globe.
• As a functional expert, I was leading the Accounts receivables module for 4 Migration projects.

• Managing and leading a team for several Internal Audits.
