· Clinical & Non Clinical Staff At Saraswati Dental College -Handling entire Recruitment process of Dental College & Hospital (Doctors, Principal , Vice Principal, Directors Dean, Professors, Associate Professor ,Senior Lecturer, Visiting Faculty, Nursing Tutor Staff Nurse, Senior Administrative Profile ( staff) Marketing, Admin & Housekeeping
· Sourcing of the Resume from email &other resources.(through job portals, Naukri.com, , Indeed, advertisement in newspaper and through other resources.
· Screening of resume as per the CBSE norms / UGC/University guidelines.
· Putting up screened resume for final screening, preparing a list of the screened resume.
· Screened Resume to be send to department/faculty to identify the Resume for interview. request the Dean/Director/Principal to nominate the Interview committee members &date/time of Interview on a prescribed format.
· To inform the identified candidates through mail/phone regarding Interview.
· To Prepare the Summary of identified candidates, Interview Committee notice, Assessment sheet.
· To Coordinate the Interview on interview date(i.e. booking of conference room,
Attendance of candidates, ensuring the presence of committee members etc.
· Compilation of Assessment Sheet &Preparation of Joining Report
· LOI &Appointment Letter preparation.
· Monitoring of On-boarding activity.
· Joining formalities (Checking& collection of all documents i.e. Education/Experience certificates of the candidate, Hostel arrangement if required, Employee Orientation, etc.
· Maintenance and updation of Individual Employee file employee wise Service Book of all the employees.
· Employee Induction.
· Biometric Enrolment of New joining
· Creating HRMS &Campus ID &entering employee details on ERP.
· Making noting sheet of New Hires Employees, Transfers, Terminations, Changes in job classifications.
· Sending dully filled up PF form and ESI form of Non-teaching staff to Accounts Office,
· Reward & Recognition, Performance Appraisal, Renewal , and Retaining Candidates
· Approving leaves (Casual leaves, Earned leaves, Special leaves, and Maternity & Paternity leaves.
· Maintenance and updation of leave tracker every month of all employees.
· Completing probation review form
· Preparation of noting sheet for FDPs, maintaining records and follow up action for the same.
· Sending good morning motivational mails and birthday wishes on daily basis.
· Checking TA/DA bills.
· Providing reports with analysis to top management on recruitment, number of employee resigned with reason and appraisal report.( V-look up)
· Payroll & calculating Attendance- calculation of Paid days (Number of days present, absent and total number of hours work in a day.
· Creating calculation sheet analyze annual increment.
· Retention of the employees.
· Handling employee grievances and sending the tracker of same to Top Management.
· Regularization of Adhoc/Temporary/Visiting Doctors &Faculty Members
· Processing Payroll (clinical & non clinical visiting faculty/guest lecturer/agricultural labourers). Closely monitor working hours in reference to working hours, weekly holidays, compensatory holiday& weekly off.
· Preparation of monthly report of missed-punch, late punch &salary adjustment applications.
· Grievances handling of staff and faculty.
· Preparing of Experience/ Salary and NOC Certificates
· Preparation of Noting for Benefit of Benevolent Fund.
· Compilation of Orientation Feedback
· Execution and follow-up process of E-Performance appraisal through HRMS )
· Manually maintaining a tracker of Appointment letter and Full and final settlement of Employees & other HR related document.
· Handling of incoming phone calls regarding job and answering all the mails.
· Making housekeeping staff and manage roaster on monthly basis.
· Preparation and collection of documents of the leaving employee like Exit Interview Forms, Getting clearance from all Departments, Full & Final Settlement,
· Employee Engagement-Organised and done Anchoring for programme like 26thJanuary , 15th August , International conference held at Ramswaroop Memorial University Lucknow, Women’s day (organised at Saraswati Dental College on 8th March 2022 on large scale & also at Ramswaroop Memorial University Lucknow) labour day, festivals, picnic birthday parties, organised & Invited Mayor of Lucknow Ms. Sanyukta Bhatia on Lauh Women Samorah held at Saraswati Dental College on large scale on 8th May 2022, floor activities at Karvy, praising employee’s by giving them rewards for best employee of the month.
