PROJECT- Auto Doc Capture

• This application helps business to automatically procure client's fund statements, extract required details and send it to downstream for further consolidation.

My Role involves :-

• Streamlined QA processes by conducting thorough root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Maximized test coverage through careful prioritization of test cases based on risk assessment and impact analysis.
• Led team trainings for new QA team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Coordinated with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and clarify project requirements for accurate test planning and execution.
• Supported developers in debugging efforts by providing detailed information on identified defects during the testing process.
• Assessed new feature releases against established acceptance criteria, validating that functionality met or exceeded customer expectations before deployment into production environments.
• Reduced overall project risks by proactively identifying potential issues during the testing phase.

SME for handling UAT Testing of Banking domain applications where my responsibilities includes :

• Understanding and analyzing Business, Functional, Technical and UI (User Interface) requirements of the project/release.
• Working with Application, Technical Architects, Business Analysts and other project stake holders to estimate, plan and execute QA projects.
• Involvement in development of Test scenarios based upon Business Requirement User Stories and write feature files for the same in BDD format and performed testing for the same.

1-Global Authorities

• This Application helps to set up authorities for client at account level as per client's instruction. My role involved :-
• Working on sprint release - Agile methodology
• Creating Test cases and performing Functional, System Integration and Regression Testing.
• Working Closely with Business and Tech during execution and post production defects and issues.

2- Casper

• The project is about assigning Cases to best fit client service agent based on their eligibility to make sure that all CSA’s are getting equivalence cases. My role involves :-
• Working with Agile and Scrum methodologies to accomplish project milestones and meet demanding timelines.
• Carrying out automated and manual test execution, delivering relevant test coverage.
• Responsible for developing feature files and test cases for new business requirements.
• Writing Acceptance criteria in BDD approach.
• Documented, triaged and managed defects in JIRA and worked with developers to facilitate timely resolutions.

• 4+ years of domain experience and knowledge in working with Telecom OSS/BSS systems with specialization in Order management, Service provisioning and service support and assurance applications.
• • Evaluating and gathering specific client expectations in form of requirements.
• Coordinate data requirements defect review/triage and deliverable review meetings between various stake holders.
