• Provided legal counsel for finance documentation and security creation for retail assets, SME loans and mid as well as large corporate groups and government banking with a sanctioned annual value of over ₹7000 crores
• Negotiated hedging agreements based on ISDA for multi national clients and briefed counsel on related litigation. Key one being the Wilful Defaulter case before the Hon'ble Supreme Court involving Emcure Pharmaceuticals
• Led the legal team for the North Zone Construction Realty Funding Group, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and mitigating risks to facilitate seamless funding operations.
