This project encompasses a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth interactions with SAP clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to install and enhance environments within the BO cluster across various versions and Service Packs. This involves intricate system configurations, deploying web applications, executing content migrations using the PMW tool and command line interface, and utilizing the Promotion Management Application. Furthermore, the project involves a crucial aspect of identifying and resolving security concerns through the application of tools like Burp Suite.

• Enhanced customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving product-related issues.
• As a part of SAP BO Support team, successfully resolved critical product-related issues within the defined SLA. Maintained SLA achievement rate of 98% every quarter.
