• New hire - is an HR process developed for Nike. It helps the HR team in hiring new associates. This process was developed using A360, and it involved SAP, MS Excel, and Outlook applications. Bot had to pick data from the shared folder, fill out the SAP new hire form, and send the email notification to the HR team after the successful creation of the employee ID
• Consumer order cancellation, Nike, consumer order cancellation bot was created for Nike business. This process was developed using A360 The process involved Oracle DB, SAP, MS Excel, ServiceNow, and Outlook applications. Bot had to pick data from Shared folder, fill the SAP Order cancellation form and download the data into shared location. After that, it performs various filter options on the downloaded data and creates a summary report for different business units, and ServiceNow tickets are created by attaching these summary reports, and an email is sent to the business with summary reports
• Team nomination, GSK GlaxoSmithKline, bot will log in to the GER team nomination portal, looks for the submitted requests If a request has been submitted by any nominator, then Bot will log in to the service catalogue portal and create a new request for every nominee in the submitted request Once the request is submitted, it takes a reference number from the service catalogue and enters details in the Team nomination page, and this process will be repeated for all the nominees Simultaneously a report is generated with all nominee details whether the process is completed successfully or not.
