- Prepare daily AR/aging sheets and follow up with customers regarding past due invoices, credit notes, and payments
- Manage collections on overdue invoices, conduct reconciliations of customer accounts for non-payments and delayed payments
- Handle credit collections by proactively contacting customers via phone and email
- Perform root cause analysis on non-payment issues and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve them
- Analyse unallocated and unidentified (suspense) balances from the unapplied report and present findings to management on a weekly and/or monthly basis, along with potential solutions
- Take necessary actions to encourage timely debt payments and resolve on-account payments
- Responsible for preparing daily and weekly aged debt, credit limit, and unallocated reports
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports, credit note & bad debt provision reports, and DSO reports
- Develop and prepare monthly financial performance reports for management, focusing on outstanding receivables and collection efforts
- Ensure that KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for both the process and the organization are met in a timely manner
- Handle group audit queries and requests on a quarterly and yearly basis for my team
- Working on SNOW (Service Now Tool) for manual creating invoices & credit notes
