Corporate Bank – Trust and Agency Services – Client Servicing Specialist

• Currently handling a portfolio of 30+ Loan deals executed in APAC region, contributing ~35% of the revenue of a margin loan. My clientele includes Large Corporate and Private Equity Firms (Sponsors).
• Carry out deal execution while working along with Borrower, Lender groups, Sales, Transaction Management Group, Internal and External Legal Counsel, KYC and Loan Operations team from a Facility Agent perspective.
• Engage with Lender group and Borrowers in the event of Amendment and Waivers, Consent solicitation, Pre-payment, Re-structuring with documentation amendments as required.
• Formulate, monitor and analyze Financial Covenants on a daily basis and track distance to the trigger levels.
• Perform collateral valuation as per Facility Agreement methodologies.
• Ensure accurate transaction booking on all internal systems, handle KYC requests and annual reviews.

Institutional Equity – Prime Brokerage

• Primary account manager for EU, UK and US based hedge fund and broker deal clients holding diversified portfolios
• Handled client issues including, but not limited to exploring new markets, financing, trade clearing and settlement, corporate events
• Collaborate across teams such as risk, treasury, swaps desk, finance, stock loan, exotics desk etc
• To manage stakeholder requirements
• Prepared PowerPoint decks explaining account structure and setup to clients
• Perform root cause analysis of issues to increase Straight Through Processing (STP) and ensure smooth client operations
• Work on regulatory or management checks in short sales violations, analysis of cancel/ corrections of trades, aged settlements, holdings in restricted currency
• Received appreciation from UK head of PB Dept, Sales head, India HOD and clients

Risk Consulting – Accounting Advisory

• Prepared financial statements in accordance with accounting and regulatory disclosure requirements for Mutual Funds
• Ensure all the risk and control checks are adhered to, follow SOPS and ensure they are up to date post audit cycles
• Single handed preparation of SOP’s and documentation of the entire flow of the process
• Onboarded new process from the client site relating to tax calculation for Mutual Funds which involved self-learning and client engagement.
