• Tracking, collecting and maintaining post-delivery documents.
• To keep tracks of contracts and manage their renewals with best cost saving options.

• Expertise in Project, SICOI (Sales in Course of Imports), EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods), Subcon Order Management & Maintaining the SICOI Documents for presentation to the Sales Tax Authorities. Contributing 10-12% of the overall sales per month.
• Checking up delivery notes in Shenzhen DC with Vessel planning for packed shipments until they reach the port & to the customer sites.
• Circulation of Stock Report for India, China & Germany. Closure of Delivery notes for Sales closure.
• Expertise in networking with developers & direct customers for the confirmation of Project Material & Orders Scheduling after taking the schedules from the Site helping in Material Planning on time for the projects.
• Visiting the project sites for confirmation of the schedules of the orders placed & coordinating the material availability
• Airfreight Proposal for the shortages to fulfill the sales demand.

Key Result Areas:

• Responsible for Transport & Logistics Management for North, East & West regions supply to ensure delivery on Service levels & keep the sales team informed on operational issues.
• Monitoring the KPI's in the respective regions, Maintaining PDP (Permanent Dispatch Plan across Regions)
• Played a key role in ensuring that the stocks being properly maintained invoiced & dispatched as per the quality norms.
