Description: Hershey’s is an American multinational company and one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world. It also manufactures baked goods, like cookies and cakes, and sells beverages such as milkshakes, among many other products produced globally. Hershey's chocolate is available across the United States and in over 60 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Developed and designed Power BI dashboards to display the data in an organized, insightful manner.
• Connected to and maintained various data sources, such as SQL Server, Excel, and CSV.
• Developed various visualizations to gain insights from data, and created reports.
• Involvement in other technologies in our project as and when required. Translating business objectives into technical specifications.
• Generated DAX measures based on client KPIs and used some DAX functions like YTD, MTD, SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR, AGGREGATE FUNCTIONS, etc.
• Created different types of graphs, like pie charts, line charts, tables, matrices, column charts, etc.
• Implemented RLS (Row Level Security), created bookmarks, and filters for the launch page.
• Creating a workspace as per the business requirements, creating gateways, and scheduling daily refreshes.
• Involved using aggregate DAX functions like SUM, SUMX, COUNT, COUNTA, MIN, MAX, hierarchies, charts, filters, quick filters, and table calculated measures.
• Involved in creating the workspaces and apps, and gateways for refreshing the reports.
• Used visual charts like the donut chart, bar chart, and a few other new charts from Microsoft Certified.
• Created bookmarks and page navigations as per the requirement.
• Connected and maintained data sources, including SQL Server, Excel, and CSV files.
• Created various visualizations to extract insights and generate comprehensive reports.
• Maintained Power BI documentation to track report modifications and updates.

Description: GSK is a British multinational pharmaceutical company, headquartered in Brentford, London. Established in 2000 by a merger of Glaxo Welcome and SmithKline Beecham, GSK is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements in a BI context, and transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, and decide on a timeline to accomplish.
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
• Experience in importing Power BI reports to the Power BI service, connecting to the data from SQL Server.
• Creating reports and dashboards using Slicers, bookmarks, and buttons.
• Creating drill-down and drill-through reports.
• Working on DAX functions like Date & Time, Information, Filter & Value, Logical, and Text functions.
• Using Jira and Confluence for managing team backlogs.

Rio Tinto is an Anglo-Australian multinational corporation and the world's second-largest mining company, behind BHP, producing iron ore, copper, diamonds, gold, and uranium. The company is primarily engaged in the production of materials essential to human progress.

Responsibilities:

• Interacted with finance stakeholders to gather report requirements and KPIs.
• Built interactive dashboards using slicers, drill-throughs, tooltips, and bookmarks.
• Used DAX for financial ratios, YTD, and QoQ calculations.
• Enabled row-level security (RLS) for department-wise access control.
• Published and scheduled reports using Power BI Service with enterprise gateway.
• Conducted demo sessions and created end-user documentation.
