- Do APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) documentation for New Product Launch activities
- Ensure Raw material and bought out parts performance testing as per planning
- Assists supply chain in conducting supplier's system audit & Process audit as per ISO/TS 16949
- Regularly visit at suppliers for their Process adequacy review and collaborate on improvement opportunities
- Arrange event supply (Before production on testing samples basis e.g
- T1 and T2 etc.) and deliver to customer and get feedback on same and share critical/problematic area with concerned department and get countermeasure from department and get problems rectified up to customer satisfaction
- Develop in house system for product (Detailed control plan and failure mode analysis for every stage and inter stages for production
- Review & Preparing PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents & get approval from customer
- Responsible for Initial flow of New Product & their bought out parts
- Educate Quality control and production members about in house system for product and handover to production department for regular production
- Team member in various cross-functional teams (CFT) within company for solving various chronic problems and continuously improvement projects to enhance quality system by 5S, Kaizen, Quality circle& Waste reduction
- Do verification of Drg Design review and raise ECN (Egg Change Note) where ever necessary
