As a Senior Legal Associate, I have extensive experience working on document review projects across various legal matters, ensuring compliance with client protocols, and incorporating e-discovery methodologies. My role has involved conducting first-level reviews, quality checks, and consistency checks to ensure alignment with client requirements, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

Data Breach Analysis and Cyber Incident Response: I also possess significant expertise in data breach analysis, where I focus on assessing and mitigating the impact of breaches in compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and FERPA. This includes conducting thorough investigations into PII and PHI and preventing it for future breaches. Additionally, I have worked extensively in Cyber Incident Response, specifically in matters concerning FERPA and GDPR laws, ensuring that the organization’s response to data breaches adheres to legal requirements and industry best practices.

Quality Control (QC) and Project Delivery: Currently, I contribute to both the Quality Control (QC) team and the Project Delivery team, where I focus on ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of E-Discovery projects. This involves managing the end-to-end process of data analysis, review, and final delivery, overseeing that every phase of the project aligns with the protocol and ensuring top-notch accuracy.

• As a Legal Associate, I have been working on a wide variety of matters in Document Review and Data Breach Analysis, as per Data Protection Regulations such as the EU's GDPR, PII, HIPAA, and FERPA (USA).
• In both the areas of document review and data breach, I have reviewed a wide range of documents and have been involved in consistency checks on matters involving HIPAA, FERPA, and GDPR laws.
• I also worked on contract abstraction and the shifting of documents.

• During my internship at Phoenix Legal, I supported the legal team in researching and analyzing case law, drafting legal memoranda, and assisting with due diligence tasks. I worked on a variety of matters, including corporate law, dispute resolution, and compliance, gaining valuable exposure to the legal processes in a top-tier law firm. I also assisted in preparing legal documents and participated in client meetings, honing my legal research and writing skills.

• During my internship at the West Bengal Human Rights Commission, I assisted in researching and analyzing human rights cases, with a focus on legal frameworks and protections under both national and international law. I supported the preparation of reports and documents related to ongoing investigations, collaborated with senior officers to review complaints, and gained hands-on experience in the process of adjudicating human rights violations.
