The Healthcare Web Portal is a full-stack web application developed to digitalize healthcare services and improve accessibility for patients and healthcare providers. This platform bridges the communication gap between patients and doctors by offering a centralized online interface to manage appointments, view medical details, and share health information securely. The system provides individual dashboards for patients, doctors, and optionally an admin, each with dedicated functionality designed to streamline their specific workflow in a clinical setting.
