Is engaged in mfg.Auto Components like Oil Reservoir Assemblies, Also moulded child parts etc.

• Approval to first piece/last piece inspection, in-process inspection reports as per control plan.
• To conduct Internal Audit.
• Process audits as per yearly plan.
• Responsible for doing Monthly rejection analysis (on basis of daily collected rejection data) with CFT Team.
• Monitoring of Internal rejection, Customer complaints and their effectiveness through tracking sheet.
• Corrective action/Preventive actions for customer complaints and internal rejections.
• Update & Tracking of 4M Change Management and make their reports.
• Responsible for review and updating of monthly documents.
• Prepare or review Work instructions, SOP, Etc.
• To update and review Control Plan and PFMEA.
• Familiar to Handling customer complaints and internal complaints.
• Prepare and Update Documents related to customer complaints.
• Attend 8D Review meetings with customers.
• Is engaged in mfg.Auto Components like Oil Reservoir Assemblies, Also moulded child parts etc.

• Handling and use of different measuring instruments used in Quality Department like (Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Bore gauge, Pin gauges.)
• Preparing FPA (First Part Approval) report for machine.
• Reading engineering drawings and checking parts as per drawing, Working knowledge of Trimos, Profile Projector.
• Responsible for checking in process material and also monitor the inspection process.
• Assuring the machining parts are ok as per the quality parameter.
• Making of the daily inspection report.
• Developing control plans, new formats and control charts.
• Responsible for quality and quality related issues.
• Fill up Quality Control Report of all the stations by inspecting the check points of that part as per the station.
• Maintain 5S all the time at workplace.
