• To Responsible Vendor process change evaluation and approval.
• PPM Improvement by placing robust actions at supplier end through High risk supplier special Activities progress.
• Sustenance of Quarterly Audit of red Category Suppliers to make it Green.
• RFQ Preparation for New Gauges.
• Gauges and Fixture Procurement and Installation as per end user requirement.
• Planning & Conducting the required supplier on site audits including assessment reporting, corrective action plan alignment with supplier.
• I have well Assly knowledge in fuel pump,water Pump,Disk Brake,Drum brake.
• Weak area identification at Engine, Transmission and properitory Vendors and guide for solutions to improve their Systems & process through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) like Why Why or 8D.
• Knowledge of Processes to support Vendors in processes concept in all commodities i.e. Casting and Machining, Forging & Machining ,Surface Treatment & assembly operations etc. & also provide support in Jig Fixture & receiving Gauges etc.
• To prepared New Project Gauge Planning ,Raised PR in SAP system and Procure new Gauges. And negotiated with supplier.
