Job description:

• Process and manage payroll for 1000+ employees
• Maintain accurate records of employee payroll information
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
• Employees Full & Final settlement for payment
• Employee & vendors payment through NEFT\RTGS\E NET)
• Maintain Accounts Payable. Handle Daily petty Cash transactions
• Preparing billing annexure on monthly basis.
• Maintain record of outstanding receivable
• Assist with Audit and other accounting tasks as needed
• Maintain and paid employees bonus as per Bonus Act
• Preparing Compliance working as per rules and due date-(PF, ESIC, PT)
• 
  

Job Skills :

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts & Payroll
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with multi-state payroll
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with Spine Payroll software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
