• To visit Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens and Retails Outlets to promote Annapurna Food & Beverage Products at Guwahati and its Suburbs
• Identifying & appointing distributors for primary & secondary sales
• Coordinate and follow up with distributor & their staff for timely delivery of products against market requirements
• Payments follow up with distributors and ensuring availability of stock as per market requirements
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via calls
• Gathering market and customer information
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
• Checking quantities of goods on display in stock
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office or entering into a computer system
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
