  • Built the L&D function from ground zero: set up the L&D framework for identifying training needs, designing competency maps, and creating PDPs across departments, including Operations, Tech, Sales, and Customer Support.
  • Collaborated with Founders: Partnered directly with the founding team to identify learning challenges and design customized modules for different business verticals.
  • Hiring (Tech & Non-Tech): Managed end-to-end hiring during the company’s scale-up phase, ensuring culture fit, and reducing early attrition.
  • Onboarding & Induction Excellence: Designed and conducted induction for over 250 employees, covering company policies, product knowledge, IT security, PoSH, and culture immersion.
  • ENPS & Org Manifesto: Launched a targeted eNPS survey, analyzed results, and implemented improvement plans aligned with the Org Manifesto on mission, vision, and values.
  • Created and delivered core training programs: First-Time Manager Training, Visioning Workshop, Fundamentals of Coaching, Communication, and Product Understanding, Security, and PoSH Refresher Workshops.
  • Policy Design & Implementation: Authored key policies for Customer Support, Sales, and Operations (including incentive and education reimbursement policies).
  • LMS Implementation: Onboarded BHyve LMS, mapped skills for all employees, uploaded department SOPs, and achieved a 98% training completion.
  • Employee Engagement and Well-being: Initiated a wellness program with 70% participation, and organized fitness challenges, outdoor tournaments, and Fun Fridays.
  • Culture & Employer Branding: Maintained a 4.5+ rating on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox by driving authentic storytelling and milestone celebrations.
  • Feedback and Communication Programs: Conducted exit interviews, monthly eNPS, and one-on-ones with each employee in all departments to improve transparency and trust.
