Key exposure:

• Worked on New Reconciliation Project which focuses on improving the integrity and soundness of the entire AXP Balance sheet by redesigning the reconciliation process, policy & the systems / structure. New Policy allowed the business to detect the issues in short cycle time and ensured controlled environment.
• Validating the transactions or bank statements and building rules in the tool to facilitate the auto-match, with the objective of reducing manual efforts.
• Root cause analysis of the open items and ensures the resolution to same by Journal entries.
• Validation of existing Accounts with Master Chart of Accounts to ensure setting of Account if new account created along with Matching Rules/wizards for auto match.
• UAT and Production support
• Created detailed training modules & decks for the business and users to do reconciliation under the framework of AXP Reconciliation policies.
• Imparted training to onshore and offshore teams approx.500 users across globe.

Key exposure:

• Transitioned the Bank reconciliation process of 5 FTE's from Fidelity business site in UK to India and ensured its smooth delivery.
• Performed daily reconciliation and proposed JE’s to provide the resolution for open or aged items.
• Prepared MIS report, presentations, dash boards etc for management to review the process performance and stability.
• Performed the Quality checks on work delivered by team and supported the technical team to prepare the automated tool to run the reconciliation.

Key exposure:

• Handled the reconciliation of the vendor accounts and all queries from vendors related to sale or purchase.
• Maintained the log & record of all invoices and performed quality check of the invoices.
• Handled "On-Stop legal Cases" and payment re-runs and ensured timely payment of all the vendors within the policy framework.
• Monitoring the process flow, identify and implement digitization and improvements.
