IOT Based Smart Walking Stick for Visually Impaired, Java, This project is an experimenting work done in this high-tech era, technology has made it possible that everyone can live a comfortable life. But somehow the physically challenged people need to depend upon others in their daily life which ultimately makes them less confident in an unfamiliar environment. But nowadays the explosion of innovation technology provides many opportunities for them to live confidently without feeling as a burden. The proposed system consists of a walking stick which consists of the ultrasonic sensor so that when there's any obstacle, it is going to alert the person carrying the stick by the voice module through the speaker and a vibration motor. And it is also having an IR sensor so that whenever manholes are present, the IR receiver is not going to receive the signal and alert the person that there's a manhole. It also has a GPS module so that the acquaintances of the blind person can know the coordinates when he/she is in danger.
