Process:

• Collaborated with 10+ cross-functional stakeholder teams , from C-suite to end users (across finance, product, data science, legal, operations, IT etc.) to lead the ideation, launch and growth of the debt resolution platform
• Owned end-to-end product lifecycle on Jira: user research, design, PRDs, sprint planning & execution, feature rollout, and training for internal teams & users
• Led a 15-member product team (designers, developers, QA) to timely develop and deliver monthly improvements on the platform
• Owned the development of responsive versions of the portal, adaptable to Desktop, Android & iPhone screens

Impact:

• Built and launched India's first in-house Digital Loan Resolution Portal (0→1) , driving active usage among 200+ loan resolution agents , catering to 500,000+ users, and driving month-over-month recovery growth, peaking at ₹1.08 crore in a month
• Experimented with AI-based 'probability-to-pay' and 'capacity-to-pay' models to personalize settlement offers; the concept was validated but deferred due to regulatory constraints
• Integrated BBPS (UPI AutoPay) and upgraded the payment gateway, reducing the payment failure rate by 14%
• Created an in-house KYC verification system and third-party integrations for tech-savvy users, impacting contactability by 22%
• SPOC for all client/vendor partnerships and compliance audits (InfoSec, VAPT, IS) to ensure product reliability and regulatory adherence
• Transitioned borrower communications from SMS to RCS messaging, boosting borrower engagement

A planned grocery delivery startup based out of Minneapolis, US.

Process:

• Owned bi-weekly engineering sprints end-to-end (background research -> stakeholder interaction -> iterative design -> development -> QA -> release -> impact measurement) to launch 6-7 features every sprint
• Conducted product demos , backed up with detailed PRDs and supporting documents, to improve the developer and QA teams' output and work experience, thus impacting developer hours/efficiency
• Supervised a cross-functional product team (design, analytics, and QA) by driving daily stand-ups (scrums) to monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure swift resolution of blockers

Impact:

• Built and launched a new flow within the Buncha App & Website to retrieve overdue payments from customers, leading to the successful resolution of 72% of blocked payments
• Launched a 'Price Match Guarantee, program, bringing down price discrepancy reports to under 2%
• Headed a 'User Segmentation' initiative on Buncha platform, that sent targeted communications based on order-frequency of users, leading to a significant ~41% increase in user count

An accommodation startup founded to solve the needs of long-term visiting guests and students in new cities (serving in North-east India).

• Discovered the need for an online booking portal in the long-term accommodation industry (worth ₹10 Cr per annum in Guwahati alone)
• Won ₹3L Grant under the North East Entrepreneurship Development Program by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and Assam Startup Hub
• Owned 3 and tied up with 50+ accommodations in prime locations of Guwahati with more than 300 guests in 1 year of establishment
• Launched the official website which helped generate an annual revenue of ~₹40 Lakhs in the 1st year of founding
• Introduced referral system to enhance the reach of XeniaRooms in Guwahati which thereby increased our penetration rate by ~4%

• Built 5 zero-bug applications/binaries monthly , to ship to market, delivering key security & app updates
• Created FRDs as per Samsung's policies to drive stakeholder alignment for successful launches of projects

• Managed end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle of 1 Flagship and 4 Economy projects (mobile phone models) – from analysis of requirements to implementation to market launch, within 14 months
