In this role I onboard candidates and clear them to work. I manage bloodborne pathogen and return to work cases. Other tasks include urine drug screens, drawing titers, taking vital signs, eye sight testing, and administering vaccines.

• Manage flow of patient admissions and discharges, global and creative mindset in conflict resolution, ensuring positive outcomes, Certified Notary Public, NIMS 100 and NIMS 200 Certified, provide staff support ensuring proper equipment availability, proficient in COVID details and processes, opening incident command and emergency hospital management.

• Provided high quality emergency patient care with focus on cardiac care, ACLS/BLS certified, charge nurse, and interim director of the Cath Lab and Emergency Room for 3 months.

• Compassionately managed end of life care along with preserving the dignity of the dying patient. Narcotic infusions, pain management, and triaging phone calls along with extensive patient and family education were most focused upon. I also served as Supervisor for 1.5 years.

• Managed total patient focused bedside cardiac care from high acuity to progressive step-down patients.

Surgical Unit team lead, on the resource team, filling in all unit needs.

• Medical-Surgical patient management amongst diverse procedures and surgeries.
