- Ensure all contractors performing work in the facility are aware of safety and SOP

- PTW, NOC with records keeping Responding to requests from departments / staff regarding maintenance issues
- Investigating reported faults and recommending course of action to rectify the fault
- Reporting safety, security, hygiene or any other issues related to Company property to the SMS Department Safety Manager
- Assisting in any project-work related to Facilities
- Conduct scheduled inspections to identify and initiate work required throughout the properties
- Communicate with entire facility through public Announcement telephone speaker for the Fire alarm testing, Code Blue patient cardiac arrest first aid
- Work along with the paramedics team for saving life in-case of any injuries within the Facility Hospital building
- Receiving calls from all control, security, BMS, CCTV department and Emergency departments for the life flight in the helipad landing surface.
