• Spearheading communication strategy, research, and policy outreach projects for NAFED’s retail expansion and cooperative sector reforms, including preparing concept notes, RFPs, and strategic presentations for senior management.
• Collaborating with the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (OPSA) to design knowledge dissemination campaigns, draft reports, and articles highlighting national science and technology missions, and coordinate with multi-stakeholder teams.
• Preparing detailed briefing documents and talking points for key officials, addressing industry forums and international delegations.
• Engaging directly with government departments to align project deliverables with policy objectives and timelines.
• Managing project workflows, content schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality research, and communication materials.

• Supported international cooperation efforts by preparing background notes, monitoring MoUs, and facilitating protocol arrangements for foreign delegations.
• Oversaw departmental budgets related to global partnerships, and tracked expenditures against allocated plans.
• Conducted staff evaluations and ensured cross-unit coordination for streamlined project execution.
• Participated in inter-ministerial conferences to advance bilateral and multilateral defense cooperation initiatives.
