  • Humanistically right sized company of Bayer BioScience by developing and executing innovative strategy. Entailed study and robust zero-based design of each function, employee retention strategy and launch of phased voluntary retirement scheme.
  • As CHRO, redesigned organizational processes in Spark Minda Group to make time available for strategic initiatives and led effective initiative for creating leadership pipeline. IIM-Ahmedabad invited for sharing practice and resulted in two additional publications by Springer (Germany) and management journal.

  • Carried out turn around of Industrial Relations in GE Lighting by conceptualizing strategy anchored on high ethical grounds and mindfully devising mix of 'hard' (process driven) and 'soft' (leveraging culture) options.

  • As part of my doctoral thesis, I conceptualized a new state-like (unlike the current trait-like) construct of Employee Strengths at Work (ESAW), developed a scale to measure ESAW and tested its mediating effects on different leadership styles and employee performance.
  • Presented an empirical paper in 2021 entitled Towards Humanizing Organizations-Employing State-like Employee Strengths for Triggering Voice at the prestigious Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Conference, USA.
  • In 2022, at the AOM Annual Conference in Seattle, USA, I presented the new Theory of Profitable Humanization.
  • In 2023, at the AOM Annual Conference (Teaching and Learning Conference) in Boston, USA, two of my symposiums were selected for presenting.
