1. Certification and Training:

· Received comprehensive online training in the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) scale and was certified as a CDR Rater by the Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center , Washington University.

2. Clinical and Research Contributions:

· Conducted regular online CDR ratings for study participants with diligence and accuracy

· Played an active role in weekly consensus meetings with the Principal Investigators (PIs) and Co-PIs of the project to finalize CDR scores

· Conducted in-depth online clinical interviews with study participants who had a CDR score of 0.5 and discussed findings with the Pls and Co-Pls for further deliberation
