• I am currently working as Chief Consultant Radiation Oncologist at St.Gregorios Medical Mission hospital, Parumala since July 2015.
• I took the lead role in setting up the Radiation Oncology department at my current centre and the installation/commissioning of Elekta Synergy machine/Brachytherapy unit
• I have been trained as a Radiation and Clinical Oncologist at the renowned Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum which is the largest Oncology department in south India with state of the art facilities
• I have comprehensive knowledge in management of solid malignancies including diagnosis, work up, treatment {chemotherapy and radiation treatment} and palliative care

• Expertise in comprehensive management of adult and pediatric solid tumors
• Well versed with Radiotherapy in both solid tumors and hematological malignancies
• 7 years of working experience in Elekta Synergy Linear accelerator and 3 year experience with Varian LINAC {iX machine}
• Treated more than 1000 Breast cancer patients and 300 prostate cancer patients with Radiotherapy during last 7 years
• Conducted more than 200 cancer detection camps/out-reach programs during last 5 years in the community- delivered more than 100 cancer awareness talks in various community meetings /public forums
• Conceptualized and successfully implemented "HOPE-2016"- Breast cancer awareness program across 4 districts in Kerala, India in 2016
• Good communication skills and fluent in English language

Research and publications:

1. Original research work “A dosimetric Analysis of the benefit of one time adaptive radiotherapy planning for squamous cell carcinoma of the oropharynx” (Presented as abstract in the prestigious American Society for Radiation Oncology [ASTRO] annual conference 2015)

2. Published a rare case report “Anaplastic Ependymoma presenting as an extradural mass” in JIPMER journal of Cancer in 2014.

3. Case report “Synovial Sarcoma of the vocal Cord; a rare case report and review of literature” – sent for publication
