- Maintaining more than 2250 KM Optical Fiber Ring and 9 FSA of OLT(FTTX) ring. Maintaining KPI, SLA up to 99.99% with respective our standard cost analysis by minimize High losses & Preventive Maintenance, which affects major maintenance cost & R&M cost.
- Developing, maintaining and tracking implementation project plans across from initiation to completion; involved in start, monitor, review implementation deliverables and milestones.
- Identifying and managing project dependencies and the critical path, managing deliverables and delivery of project estimation; defining, developing and reviewing the business case and the definition of requirements.
- Fulfilling the requirements to expectations with the project stakeholders, managing resource within project from beginning to end of the project lifecycle.
