As PHM, monitoring and supervision of all health related activities under the urban Area comes under its umbrella. all national health programs, including pulse polio, routine immunization of Mother and Child, tracking of Ante natal and post natal mother for their regular check ups,maternal health surveillance, conduction of special outreach camps for the marginalized and the less privileged, to facilitate quality assurance in all primary health care services, to conduct house to house survey of major health programs like vector borne disease, leprosy and various others.

The well being of patients and dispensing of primary and curative services all fall under the fan of public health manager.

Being a guest lecturer in Biotechnology Department, St Xavier's College was huge task. I was in charge of coordinating and conducting all study sessions, both online and offline, taking regular practical and theory classes, preparing class schedule, taking doubt classes and counseling the students to a better future. Free night classes were also conducted depending on the need of the under privileged students.

being a teacher in charge of the biotechnology department also had added responsibilities of monitoring and organizing all other extra curricular activities as well. organizing various programs like quiz competitions, debates, cultural activities, sports were also a part of the deal.

Worked as a project assistant of the project entitled "Taxonomy, larval habitat and ecology of Aedes mosquitoes (Diptera:Culicidae) in Kolkata metropolis and adjoining areas with study of the environmental impacts on this group" sanctioned by Department of Environment, Govt of West Bengal.

Being a part of this research project lead to a lot of field activities and field visits in dengue endemic areas. collection of sample, random species sampling, isolation of bacteria from the characteristic microhabitat of the larval of Aedes and characterization of the those isolated bacteria formed a core of this project.
