With 14 years of experience in higher education, I have successfully managed various management papers, including organizational behavior and human capital management. Throughout my career, I have worked diligently to ensure the attainment of accreditations such as NAAC, AICTE, NIRF, ISO, and QS I-Gauge. As an innovation ambassador in the Institution Innovation Council, I have fostered a culture of creativity and forward-thinking. Additionally, I have effectively coordinated training and placements initiatives, while also serving as a file incharge for the Local Inquiry Committee.
