  • WON 6 GOLD MEDALS IN 18TH INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION FOR MEATS AND SAUSAGES, 2012 AT WELS.
  • Expert course for Marination, Batter & Breading from A&M University, Texas, USA.

Won total 18 gold medals

There is a Meat & Sausages competition happens every alternate year in Austria. 

I have sent total 12 products in 2010 and won the gold medal for each product that I have sent. I was about the creativity, skills and knowledge about the subject and finally a fine craftsmanship. 

The same way I have sent 6 products in 2012 and won the gold medal for all the 6 products. 

India was participating for the first time in such international meat & sausage competition for the fisrt time in 2010.
