2.Getting designs done through architects and consultants in line with owners vision and budget , properly taking design through Concept ,schematic , design development, tender documents and working drawings

4. Preparing a proper schedule in Primavera with proper Works Breakdown structure ( WBS ) of Initiations , key Appointments, Designs, Tender and Issue of WO , Excecution activities in sequence , licenses and Approvals , closing out and handing over

5. Tendering and issue of WO in line with budgets approved .

6.Selection and placing site management specefically needed for the project ,trainning them to follow designs and excecution in accordance with design and applicable safety ,quality and building codes of practice ,tracking and monitoring of project to completion and hand over
