Managing a broad spectrum of high-acuity medical, cardiac, neurological, trauma, toxicological, and critical care emergencies in a high-volume tertiary care emergency department. Leading resuscitation teams in the management of critically ill patients, including advanced airway interventions, rapid sequence intubation, mechanical ventilation, ACLS-guided cardiac arrest management, shock resuscitation, and trauma stabilization.

Performing and supervising emergency procedures including endotracheal intubation, central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, lumbar puncture, pleural procedures, procedural sedation, ABG sampling, wound management, and emergency bedside interventions. Coordinating multidisciplinary care with Intensive Care, Cardiology, Neurology, Surgery, Orthopaedics, and other specialty teams to ensure timely definitive management.

Actively involved in supervising junior doctors, registrars, and emergency nursing staff, participating in clinical governance, departmental audits, protocol implementation, quality improvement initiatives, and medical education activities. Contributing to evidence-based emergency care delivery, patient safety programs, and operational efficiency within the Emergency Department.
