1. Act as Nodal officer for Covid vaccination session and cold chain point at various facility (District & CHC) to access through the check list provided by the government and also provide supportive supervision along with review and feedback to CMO & DM.
2. Coordinate with Nodal officer of L1, L2 & Medical Colleges of Covid-19 for current situation about admit and discharge of Positive patient.
3. To assist Public Health Expert/DSO in conducting regular meetings of District Surveillance Committee and regular visit the home isolation case for ensure the best delivery of medical kit and medicine to them.
4. Daily & weekly Covid – 19 situation analysis with DM/CMO/CDO/SDM & preparation of action plan and also Coordinate with SSP/SP/SI/IB for sanitization and declare the hotspot/containment zone of where the Covid – 19 case is detected.
5. Facilitate the weekly review meeting in presence of DM/SSP/CMO/SDM/ACMO/DIO to discuss the Covid-19 analysis and micro plan.
6. Cross checking the Rapid Antigen Kit used by RRT teams in due times.
7. Maintain the record of case who died due to Covid-19 & participate in Death Audit Review Meeting at Medical College.
1. Identification of bottlenecks, gaps and challenges in nutrition, especially MIYCN related service delivery in the District.
2. Support the DPO of ICDS in the planning and developing of MIYCN interventions in District
3. Liasioning with Government officials like Collector, CMO, CDO in the District.
4. Facilitating planning, monitoring, review and strengthening community-based events, training & capacity building of AWWs, Mukhya Sevikas, CDPOs and other frontline workers.
5. Support ICDS in strengthening review mechanisms at the district, block and sector level, like District Nutrition Committee Meetings, Block-level Review Meetings, and Sector Meetings
