• Architected and built an AI-powered enterprise knowledge assistant using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable natural-language Q&A over enterprise PDF documents with page-level citations.
• Designed the retrieval pipeline: document chunking, Sentence Transformer embeddings, FAISS vector search, and Google Gemini for grounded answer generation.
• Owned product documentation end-to-end, authoring the Business Requirements Document, Product Requirements Document, product decisions log, and roadmap.
