Independently could perform simple extraction under local anaesthesia and follow up, restore carious teeth with appropriate restorative material like amalgam, GIC and composite, undertake oral prophylaxis to remove stains and calculus with ultrasonic scalers and hand as well, communicate with young children to incur positive attitude and make them comfortable.

Perform topical fluoride application, extractions under LA, pulpotomy, pulpectomy, management of discolored non vital permanent teeth in young children, diet counselling, emergency management of trauma and avulsed teeth and recall them to assess the result of treatments.

Able to perform root canal treatment in anterior as well as posterior teeth with hand and rotary instruments. And can prescribe routine investigations like radiograph if it aids in the diagnosis to keep the radiation exposure to minimum and special investigations as well like vitality test, OPG, biopsy if needed.

Always followed the infection control protocols in the clinics. She has been trained to maintain her surgery and keep a record of thing and maintained high standards of ethical practices and worked in her scope of practice.

Refer patients for specialist opinion if needed.

Always educate the patients about harmful effects of smoking and alcohol on oral and general health and could refer them as well quit smoking facilities.

Able to work with the team and colleagues harmoniously and could communicate with them about patients if needed.

Examining patients intraorally ,extraorally and putting down the details in the assessment form to record the medical and social history as part of the patient assessment process after obtaining consent . Prescribing interpreting radiographs and diagnostic tests to determine type and extend of dental diseases for best interest of the patients.

Recording patients data in clinical software and maintaining records as per guidelines. Planning the treatment and assessing the results.

Performing dental x rays under radiation protection protocols

Restoring form and function of carious fractured and defected tooth using various dental materials like gic, composite and also using pit and fissure sealants as a part of prevention

Providing oral health education for patients and guardians about impact of dietary sugars and demonstrating OHI.

Manage paediatric patients with fear and motivating them about treatment

Refer patients to specialist when beyond scope for general dentist care

Perform pulpotomy, topical fluoride application, temporary crowns

Supra and sub gingival scaling using ultrasonic and hand scalers

Root canal procedures: single sitting ,multiple sitting and follow up

Tooth extractions: paediatric, non-surgical extractions, placing and removing sutures under LA

Setting artificial denture to replace missing tooth, function and occlusion

Plan and deliver removable partial dentures

Assist senior doctors in performing surgeries like impaction, periodontal surgeries like flap and gingivectomy

Follow infection control protocols

Follow health and safety regulation
