Dr. Manas Kumar Sahu

Dr. Manas Kumar Sahu is a highly ensthusiastic research scholar in the field of philosophy of mind and consciousness studies, specializing in phenomenal consciousness and phenomenal transparency. He has an impressive publication record in reputable Scopus indexed journals and has made significant contributions to the field. Dr. Manas also serves as a reviewer for esteemed philosophy journals, including Erkenntnis, Topai, and Prometeica. His research interests span various areas, such as phenomenal realism, the relationship between phenomenality and normativity in ethics, philosophy of perception and cognition, ethics, and western epistemology. I am a phenomenal realist . I defend the position that phenomenality and intentionality are different aspect of experience. They have independent epistemic role. The reduction of one category to other will leads to scepticism, solipicism and uncertainty of phenomenal knowledge. The transparency of experience debate between internal transparency and external transparency theorist can't be solved unless we accept any form of epistemic foundationalism. Phenomenal transparency theory as an synthesiser has the potentiality to resolve the conflict.
