The Director of Educational Institutions is responsible for providing strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and academic direction to multiple educational institutions under their purview. This role ensures the institutions meet their educational objectives, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, comply with regulatory requirements, and operate within budget. The Director acts as a liaison between the institutions, governing boards, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and student success.

• Develop and implement long-term educational strategies aligned with the institution’s mission and goals, Oversee curriculum development and academic policies to ensure excellence in teaching and learning. Lead institutional planning and development initiatives, including new program development and expansion, Supervise and support school/college principals, deans, and department heads, Ensure compliance with national educational standards, accreditation bodies, and government regulations, Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning for all institutions, Drive continuous improvement through assessment, feedback, and evidence-based decision-making.
• As a Training faculty in Academy for creative teaching, under the able guidance of Dr.GURURAJ KARJAGI, exposed to the field of educational management during the Academic auditing of different schools namely ICFAI chain of schools, Hyderabad, K.L.E -Malur and many more.
• Travelling extensively and training the degree college students through Vidya Poshak’s Programme known as Accent programme in different parts of Karnataka like Banahatti, Byadagi, Haveri, Hosapet, Bagalkot, Gadag and many more on the modules Thinking Skills, Multiple Intelligence, and Six thinking Hats.
• Master Trainer for Vedic Mathematics and Analytical Skills and have trained many college and school students and helped them to overcome Math-Phobia.
• As Master trainer, worked with DSERT to train teachers on implementation of CCE in Karnataka state.
