I led routine weekly health clinics, antenatal care (ANC), and adolescent health clinics. My skills in staff rota management allowed me to optimize workforce allocation and resource utilization, maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring the seamless delivery of healthcare services.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I played a pivotal role in patient triage and management, adhering to evolving protocols to optimize resources and ensure effective patient care.

Additionally, during the Kerala floods, I took on the role of the sole carer for those in need, providing both physical and financial support. Working as part of a team, I delivered care and aid to affected individuals, which opened new horizons in my personal and professional life. This experience not only demonstrated my resilience and compassion but also showcased my ability to work effectively under extreme conditions, highlighting my commitment to humanitarian efforts and teamwork.
