Assessed and managed patients in the Emergency department, Critical Care Unit,General Medicine and Surgery department .

As a Resident Medical officer in the Emergency Department ,I was actively involved in the first line of care for patients arriving with urgent medical and surgical conditions.I managed cases ranging from accidents,strokes,heart attacks to poisoning and Respiratory failure.My role included quickly assessing patients,providing immediate treatment,and performing essential procedures such as resuscitation, airw management,IV access and wound care. I also assisted in emergency surgery surgeries and ensured close monitoring during the critical first hours of admission.Working in this environment taught me how to stay clam under pressure, take timely decisions and support both patients and their families during difficult situations.

As a RMO in Critical Care unit, I gained invainvaluable hands on experience in patients care and medical decisions making.Provided comprehensive care to critically ill patients in high pressure environment, including those requiringmechanical ventilation.I have done invasive procedure such as pleural tap,ascitic tap , lumbar puncture,central venous catheter insertions,intubation arterial line .Manage complex case like sepsis,ARDS,myocardial infraction,strokes,truma etc.

As a RMO in General Medicine department, I gained invaluable hands on experience in patients care and medical decisions making.I was involved in the diagnosis and treatment of brod spectrum of medical conditions ranging from common health conditions like diabetes,hypertension,snake bite , poisoning to more complex cases like MI , multiorgan failure and other end stag diseases.I have been providing direct patients care such as history taking, vital signs monitoring,physical examination,test evaluation,treatment plan along with meticulous patients follow up care. I have been conducting regular rounds and documented findings in patients chart, collecting specimens and performing venipuncture ,pleural tap,lumber puncture,ascitic tap in sterile and aseptic condition.

• During my junior residency in PEDIATR SURGERY, I had the opportunity to work closely with children requiring both emergency and planned surgical surgical care.I was actively involved in assisting the lead paediatric surgeon in performing surgical procedures on infants , children and adolescents.Conducted preoperative consultations patients and their families to explain the surgical procedure and address any concerns or questions.Participated in the planning and organisation of paediatric surgical case, including outling specific steps ,instruments required and potential risk involved.Assessed the patient's medical history,test results and imaging studies to determine appropriate surgical intervention and treatment plans.Monitoring patient's vitals signs and postoperative progress,adjusting treatment accordingly and providing appropriate pain management.Conducted follow up appointments to evaluate patients recovery,address any complications and provide postoperative care instructions and support.Collaborated with other healthcare professionals,including paediatrician,nurses,radiologist,pathologist to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• As a non academic junior resident in ORTHOPEDIC DEPARTMENT, my experience has been deeply rewarding,giving me invainvaluable hands on expsoured to a wide range of surgical procedures and patients care .I was actively involved in every site of treatment proces from preparing patients before surgery, assisting during operation to managing there recovery afterwards.These responsibilities helped me develop confidence in clini decision making,while also teaching me the importance of compassion,teamwork and communication in patients care .I also managed patients with fractures , truma and minor procedures under supervision.This role allowed me to strengthen my surgical skills,clinical judgment,confidence in handling critical situations,making the experience both challenging and rewarding.

• Accumulated one year of hands on experience before graduating with an MBBS degree.Throughout the internship journey,I honed my clinical skills and gained exposure to diverse medical specialties,including internal medicine,surgery,paediatrics ,OBGY and more .Under the guidance of experience mentors, I actively participated in patients care , diagnostics, and treatment planning, furthering my ability to navigate complex medical cases and fostering a profound sense of responsibility towards delivering quality healthcare.
