Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Provide medical care to neonates and pediatric patients in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and intensive care settings.
• Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to medical protocols and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Teaching & Academics:

• Deliver lectures and clinical training to undergraduate (MBBS) students.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.

Administrative & Miscellaneous:

• Assist the Head of the Department in administrative tasks.
• Participate in hospital committees and community outreach programs.
• Comply with medical ethics and uphold the standards of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to pediatric and neonatal patients under the supervision of senior faculty and consultants.
• Participate in daily ward rounds, patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Attend to pediatric and neonatal emergencies, including NICU admissions, under guidance.
• Assist in procedures such as lumbar punctures, intubation, exchange transfusions, and resuscitation.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation of patient care.

• Attend scheduled lectures, case discussions, journal clubs, and clinical teaching sessions.
• Prepare and present seminars, case reports, and participate in academic evaluations.
• Engage in research projects, audits, and scholarly activities as part of training.

• Participate in night duties and rotational shifts, including emergency and intensive care coverage.
• Provide on-call support for neonatal and pediatric units as per duty rosters.

• Adhere to hospital protocols, ethical medical practices, and infection control policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
