Dr Nitin Rawal

Dr. Nitin Rawal has gained extensive clinical exposure in arthroscopy, arthroplasty, sports injuries, and orthopedic trauma management through his advanced training and practice. He worked as a Clinical Fellow in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty at Artemis Hospital, Delhi NCR, where he actively assisted as the first assistant in numerous complex procedures, including arthroscopic ACL and PCL reconstruction, revision ACL surgeries, meniscus repair, rotator cuff repair, Bankart repair, and MPFL reconstruction. His fellowship also provided hands-on experience in ankle arthroscopy procedures such as ATFL repair and Bostrom technique, along with assisting in multiple Total Knee Replacements (TKR), Total Hip Replacements (THR), and Shoulder Arthroplasties. During this period, he independently performed select cases of arthroscopic ACL reconstruction and TKR, further strengthening his surgical proficiency.

Earlier, Dr. Rawal completed his postgraduate residency in Orthopedics at Victoria Hospital, Bangalore (2017–2020), a 1000-bedded multi-specialty and major referral trauma center. Here, he was thoroughly trained in the primary management of orthopedic trauma and emergency fracture fixation, gaining substantial experience in treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. He performed a wide range of orthopedic procedures, including ORIF with plating for fractures of femur, humerus, forearm, and leg bones, intramedullary nailing of tibia and femur fractures, hemiarthroplasty for hip fractures, and plating for distal radius, humerus shaft, and calcaneus fractures. Alongside operative work, he played an active role in patient evaluation, diagnostic planning, and treatment execution, building a solid foundation in evidence-based orthopedic care.

This diverse clinical journey has equipped Dr. Rawal with advanced skills in minimally invasive arthroscopy, joint preservation, sports injury management, and complex trauma reconstruction, making him a trusted name in orthopedics and sports medicine across Delhi NCR.
