Summary

Dr. Preethi Stanley is presently the HOD - Department of Management and Head of Corporate Communication Department at BMS College of Commerce and Management. As the Head of Department of Management, she critically works on academic excellence and affairs of the Management Department and provide strong academic leadership and to ensure highest possible of excellence in all aspects of various activities pertaining to the department and the management faculties at large.

As the Head of Corporate Communication Department, she takes care of Campus Placements, Faculty Development Programs, Guest Lectures, Industrial Visits, Skill Enhancement Courses, The Finishing School as part of the New Education Policy which are some of her responsibilities at BMS College of Commerce and Management.

She has completed her PhD in the field of Human Resources and has also published various research papers in the Top UGC Journals in the field of HR and Marketing. She has also published research paper in Scopus and also received the National Award for Excellence in Research in 2020. She has been invited by various institutions as Resource person for the Faculty Development Program

She has received prestigious awards and recognitions and titles for her contributions in the field of education.
