Its now almost 15 years that I have devoted to academia and have witnessed dynamic transformation in the sector as an integral part of University systems and process. I have been on various learning curves and sailed successfully with all the tides, high or low. I have been contributing in building contemporary curriculums and degree structures with global perspective that focuses on role of research and multidisciplinary learning focusing on outcome based education. At the same time pedagogical aspects and assessment methods are also being experimented at various levels and for various cohorts. Past one year or so has been fantastic in terms of opportunities where I have been able to learn and contribute at lead position in University system. On date I come with as a committed individual with bag full of energy and all corner experience of University Systems and Processes.
