• Supervising the quality assurance process for all production files to ensure accuracy and consistency in text and animation.
• Performing detailed reviews to identify and rectify subject errors, maintaining high standards of content delivery.

Content Management: -

• Updating and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) by coordinating with in-house doctors and support teams.
• Collaborating with the technical team to implement student-friendly enhancements on the website and mobile apps.
• Ensuring timely updates and maintenance of digital content to facilitate an efficient and engaging learning experience for medical students.

Office Administration: -

• Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, and financial planning.
• Leading the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, fostering a productive and motivated workforce.
• Implementing and managing administrative policies and procedures to streamline office operations and improve organizational efficiency.

I worked as a medical content developer. My role involved collaborating with Flash animators and illustrators to create medical content production files in accordance with industry standards

• I used to visit cancer patients at their homes as a duty medical officer, providing palliative care support. Dealing with the mental state of palliative patients was challenging, but I learned to understand their concerns and treat them accordingly.
• Provided discretion and professionalism with highly sensitive and potentially controversial matters.
• Conducted face-to-face medical assessments and screened paperwork for obtaining individuals health situation.

• It was my first clinical job as a medical officer with the Wockhardt Foundation. My job was to visit every village in the Kohir mandal to conduct free health camps. This experience provided me with significant exposure to village-level healthcare, allowing me to gain valuable clinical experience.
