Co-founded "CovidhelpWB," a collaborative effort with researchers and practitioners from institutions like UC Berkeley, IIT Kharagpur, ISB Hyderabad, USC, and Georgia Tech. We designed and produced specialized face shields for healthcare professionals and frontline workers in West Bengal during the COVID-19 pandemic. We set up a manufacturing unit in Kumortuli, Kolkata, employing nine individuals to craft the face shields. Our dedicated volunteers distributed over 25,000 face shields to healthcare professionals in West Bengal and neighboring states, significantly enhancing their safety and protection in the fight against COVID-19.
