As a prospective Otolaryngology resident, I am driven by my passion for leadership and my vision for the future of Skull Base and Head & Neck Surgery. In my view, leadership in surgery means not only achieving outstanding surgical outcomes but also empowering and inspiring others to strive for excellence. Throughout my medical training, I have observed that great leaders in surgery possess several key qualities: expertise, compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to lifelong learning. I believe that these attributes are crucial for leading by example and inspiring others to follow suit.
