Secretary & superintendent CSPCA (Calcutta Society for prevention of cruelty to Animals), 276 BB Ganguly Street, Kolkata-700012, custodian of PCA act, 1960, implementing PCA act in collaboration with Lalbazar Police HQ and Kolkata Police within the KMC area. Official member of State Animal Welfare Board & AWBI by designation.

Saved by implementing cost-saving initiatives that addressed long-standing problems.
• Conducted & supervised:
• 1. Pilot project under the banner of enhancement of milk production at Kalna-1 block year 2012-13, under Burdwan district, of Ra 1 crore/annum including distribution of feed, milk enhancers, dewormers, health checkups and propagated to whole WB.-
• 2. Pilot project inaugurated by MOS, ARDD on (Distribution of 100 nos goats amongst per female self-help groups, 2014-15, 12 lacs Rs financial involvement including insurance and health coverage excluding feed habitation, which was later propagated to the whole west Bengal.
• 3. Distribution of 140000 DOC to 14000 female beneficiaries was successfully organized under chick distribution scheme at Dhatrigram Utsav at Dhatrigram, Kalna- 1 block, Burdwan in presence of MOS, ARDD.

• Continuously secured 1st position in Artificial insemination for 6 years in the Burdwan district and acted as DDO and HOO of the office establishment. Performed in DD1 "Krishidarshan" and in the programme "Annadata" of ETV for creating awareness in Animal husbandry amongst farmers. Acted as trainer in financial trainer of UDCs in the Burdwan district in General administration.

Acted as Veterinary Officer did many AIs, livestock insurance, livestock loan and formed women self help group.

Treated domestic and wildlife regularly and acted as i/c-BLDO Mathabhanga-2

Apart from regular treatment of various domestic as well as wildlife in theblock, in the year 1994, within 3 months more than 14000 Rinder Pest vaccinations & post flood more than 14000 vaccinations of Anthrax were covered within 14 nos of GP in the block kaligunj under nadia district, WB.
