Contributed in various Europe & US Pharmacovigilance Projects for Aggregate Reports, RMP/REMS, and ICSR in line with quality standards of internal SOPs and external regulatory benchmarks taking the lead for client and EU-QPPV communication. Responsible for qualitative delivery of all project deliverables.

Led two fully equipped railway hospitals, managing a team of 25+ healthcare workers; led admin operations for OPD & IPD. Managing conflicts among unions using positional and relationship power was a great learning.

Effectively managed a fully equipped medical & surgical ICU providing emergency response and essential continuum of care to collaborating with treating physicians, managing and training the nursing staff for critical care.

• My passion for people and avid interest in expanding business acumen attracted me to AGMP offered by IIM-A. This hybrid, extensive one-year program helped me understand the challenges of the 21st-century global business landscape and strengthen my intensive business perspective using innovatively blended pedagogy that covered business management functions and contemporary and new-age coursework. Out of 28 management subjects, immensely interested and focussed further on corporate strategy, business finance, digital marketing, and leadership. Contributed to and highly appreciated for devising corporate and marketing strategy for CCD in its current situation in the team Capstone project.

• Contributed to the development of 3 remote health units during the internship. Hosted annual cultural events, participated and won in singing and table tennis.
