· Worked as a Specialty Medical officer in the department of orthopaedics, assisting with hip, knee, and shoulder joint replacement surgeries using minimally invasive techniques
· Collaborated with physical therapists and nurses to create a post-surgery care plan for each patient, and contributed to the development of innovative surgical procedures
· Participated in educating residents and fellows about orthopaedics through lectures, journal clubs, and clinical teaching activities, and improved staff morale through positive leadership and communication skills.
